At MON Gallery, we use these trays as cashier trays. It has been about three years since we opened, and the color has changed considerably. You can also use them for other purposes, such as placing stationery and keys that tend to get scattered on the desk.

* Since this is a copper dish, it will oxidize and deepen in color as you begin to use it. If you take it out of the bag and expose it to air or touch it directly, the deterioration will continue over time.
* You can use it with moist foods, but the color will not deepen overall, but rather the moist areas will oxidize, which may result in uneven coloring. Using salty foods, vinegar, lemon, etc. for long periods of time may damage the product.
