We will ship within 7 business days from the date of order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. We accept returns/exchanges only for defective or incorrectly shipped items.Please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order.

Free shipping is available for purchases totaling 10,000 yen (tax included) or more.

The delivery area and shipping charges are as follows.
We will ship by Japan Post EMS. 

If you wish to receive our products outside of the areas listed below, please contact us from the contact form. 
For artworks such as paintings, the following shipping fees will be charged at the time of payment, but will contact you separately.
In the case of defective or incorrectly shipped items, the shipping cost will be borne by us.
