Floral cowbell from MON Exhibition Sensen Vol.1 Cambodia.

Cowbells used in rural areas make a clanging sound. In rural areas, this sound is said to be a typical Cambodian scene. When the clanging sound stops, it is said that a thief has stolen the cow. It makes a gentle, clinking sound that is pleasing to the ear.

[MON Exhibition sen]

A special exhibition by MON with the theme of "travel". The aim is to archive the memories of the trip by exhibiting crafts and antiques that MON members found on foot and photos they took there. For the first exhibition, photographer Mitsuyuki Nakajima accompanied us to Cambodia, and we incorporated the air and atmosphere of Cambodia into MON .
