Naoya Hakamada FOOD ART Moment of beauty
about
A photo collection of works by food art creator Naoya Hakamada. Using food ingredients, he expresses the beauty of nature, its grace, silence, sparkle, and flicker, as well as the "momentary beauty" of things created by human hands as they are exposed to wind, rain, and light and weathered.
Shop Manager's View
At first glance, it looks like a collection of beautiful landscape photographs, but in fact, all of the photographs are edible. They are so beautiful and natural that you may wonder, "Can you really eat them?", but a hidden twist at the end of the book makes you realize that you can really eat them. It is written in Japanese and English, so it can be enjoyed by people from both Japan and overseas.
